Our name pays tribute to the frontline experiences that inspire everything we build.

Our Story

Built from the Inside Out

Practicine started with a specific frustration: a physician who had spent years navigating the fragmented systems, manual compliance processes, and disconnected platforms that define clinical training. The problem wasn't a lack of effort from programs — it was a lack of the right tools.

Drawing on a partnership that spans over 13 years, the co-founders set out to build what clinical training management actually needed: a precision clinical learning and workforce intelligence platform with the personalization, automation, and visibility to match the complexity of the work.

Guided by an advisory board of leaders across clinical medicine, medical education, and enterprise technology, Practicine has become a comprehensive precision clinical learning platform — covering everything from AI-powered adaptive learning to automated compliance tracking.
