If your access is provided through an Institution, additional terms from that Institution may apply. The Institution may monitor your usage and access your learning data.

- Violate Laws: Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
- Harm Others: Harass, threaten, or harm other users
- Impersonate: Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
- Share Credentials: Share your account with others or allow unauthorized access
- Interfere: Disrupt or interfere with the Service's operation or security
- Transmit Malware: Upload viruses, malware, or malicious code
- Collect Data: Collect or harvest user information without consent
- Misuse Content: Redistribute, sell, or exploit proprietary content
Violations: Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination and potential legal action.

All Content provided by Practicine (including learning modules, assessments, analytics, and software) is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. We retain all rights not expressly granted to you.

You retain ownership of User Content you submit. By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, display, and process it as necessary to provide the Service.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about the Service become our property, and we may use them without obligation to you.
6.4 Third-Party Content
The Service may include content from third parties. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for third-party content.
7. Subscriptions and Payment

- For non-payment of fees
- If required by law
- To protect the Service or other users
- If your Institution terminates its agreement with us
8.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your access to the Service will cease
- We may delete your account and data after a reasonable period
- You remain liable for any accrued fees
- Provisions that by their nature should survive will continue to apply
9. Disclaimers and Limitations
9.1 Service "As Is"
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
9.2 Educational Tool
Practicine is an educational supplement, not a substitute for:
- Formal clinical training and education
- Professional medical judgment
- Clinical practice guidelines
- Institutional policies and procedures

9.3 No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee that use of the Service will result in improved test scores, competency, or clinical outcomes.
9.4 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRACTICINE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
- Service interruptions or errors
- Third-party actions or content
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Practicine and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another party
- Your User Content
